Ireland again

A land of notorious beauty and quaint places, and yes of rain, which it is why it us green and beautiful.
It is also a land of charming people  when you get to understand what they are saying.
I reckon Ireland is in good hands.
I stayed with Michael and his three sons.
All different and all super young men and all as different as the landscape.
And each with an unpronounceable name.

We went for a walk at dusk on what they call 'the bog'. A pear swamp in my terms but littered with evidence of past habitation. When times were tough a stone shelter on the peat bog was home. Not an easy life. So little wonder they move in large numbers to the US and other places.
So I spent yesterday in the wet gear riding east in the drizzle. Sad to do it hidden in mist and all in a day but sitting in z Bush shelter is not an option and not sadly is a preferred but unacceptable option a glorious character filled Pub.
No guessing the pictures the pipes that I enjoy so much and the other where else would you have a potato picking competition for the kids ! More fun than
So it is a ferry ride again.
And so long Ire and your Saints !

 I sure am stupid  I had a beautiful boat Dolphin V in Auckland  Missed my boat so shipped Adagio to GC where I wasted another $25,000 on upgrades and she is still not got to go boating because “someone” fucked the interior. Big ride Qld to Sydney

Left Main Beach late Saturday after loosing a darned credit card which I discovered stuck to the bottom of my iPad , So Beaudesert for a cup of tea and as dusk set in and dead Roos lined the road I slowed. I finally made Stanthorpe a small town on the Qld border. No rain s For 18 months the man said, it was minus 5 and no frost because there was no moisture. Well would you believe it the next morning light 4ain that followed me half the day. Very unpleasant riding but a delightful countryside. So on I went stopping for a tank of gas and a coffee. My favourite Shell station provided both. And on and on and on as it got bloody cold and I crossed the Great Dividing Range again. Places like Armidale and Tamworth and past the Blue Heeler statue that I missed in the dark. Pleased to arrive in Constitution Hill. 850 kms and about 10 hours. Bike went well. Enjoyed the ride despite the adverse conditions..

Qantas

Beware of these people ! They have instructed the staff at the redundant screening into Sydney airport to steal Swiss Cards from travellers. Nothing better to do since there is no actual threat to anyone they are making their own CRISIS ! And should you unhappily have had a joint replacement then you are automatically under suspicion. That means removing a great deal more clothing including watches , REDICULOUS !!!!
